T's & C's and Returns

All items must be paid for before dispatch.

We want you to be happy with your purchase and check all products before dispatch. Sometimes items are damaged in transit. Any damage must be reported within 24hrs of receipt

We aim to dispatch within 3 days of receiving payment and will contact the customer in the unlikely event that we can't meet this deadline

Faulty goods will be replaced at no cost to the customer. If the goods are out of stock the customer will be offered either an immediate refund or a replacement as soon as one becomes available.

If the goods arrive in good condition but the customer wishes to return the goods they have 14 days after receipt of goods to do this. In this instance the customer must pay for return of goods. Return items must be packaged and returned in the way they were delivered. (Pallet delivery or courier depending on size)
